We lost to Dallas. Ya, we were screwed by the refs, but that's not why we lost. There is so much promise though. The young guys are playing hard. If they keep the same squad including Matt Moore, this team may start jelling by midseason next year and may be make a Superbowl Run in 2009-2010. No knee-jerk decisions please. Stick with the young guys, let them learn from their own mistakes and we'll eventually have a contender. Peppers was not in there and Rucker is not his old self, but this is the best I have seen the DL play since the Superbowl year. There is no moral victory in a loss, but I like the effort.
And Smitty! He really impressed me this year. We have nothing to play for, and he almost singlehandedly won the game while playing hurt. He is not the biggest guy to ya know. He is all heart!!! He is the toughest player in the NFL, and the best reciever right now bar none. Ya, I'll take him over TO. And I'm not saying that cuz I am a Panther fan.

I feel for ya... you guys have really had a tough year... some season ending injuries, no stability...
I hold carolina close to my heart since I lived there for 5 years... so I still love to watch them play...
but so glad that my oys spanked that azzz....lol
You guys are going for a record 6th title...you need to step asids and let the kids get some of that glory
